Positive: Politeness, courtesy and very attentive attitude of the staff towards the guests. The hotel is comfortable and has all the amenities. Nice and rich breakfast.

Negative: The city center is completely under renovation, it is difficult to find an unblocked road to the hotel. I hope that after the reconstruction Malatya will become even more beautiful.

Positive: Very spacious room, clean, good breakfast for Turkish standards, friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: Contrary to what we had understood, a safe and private parking space consisted of parking on the street with a steep slope. Although there were cameras, this form of 'surveillance' and parking space is not what motorcyclists are looking for (gated and locked).
