Positive: Amazing view over the green lush hills, lot of animals (cats, dogs, chicken, ducks, peacock), beautiful room with spectacular view! The room was comfortable, spacious and beautifully built.
Negative: The location is very remote. About 45 min drive from Pak Chong, and we noticed that it was really really difficult to find a taxi driver who was willing to drive that far. You can rent motorbike en drive yourself but it is still far. If you want to visit the national park it is also 45min drive. (Mind that the last 100m of the road is rocky/sandy). We didn't see any of the owners at the place, that felt a bit weird. Only by phone we talked tk her. Only the housekeeper was present at the accommodation. He did not speak any word of English. We tried to communicate with Google translate. They serve breakfast (big locak breakfast worh pork, soup and fruit) No lunch or dinner available but along the road next to 7eleven(15min walk) there is a nice local restaurant that serve good food.

Positive: I loved the green space, quiet and tranquil. Spacious room, big bed. Very cosy space. I had the best night sleep there. The staff was very caring and attentive. I loved the cats, the chickens, geese. Pure village vibe ❤️ I'll come back!

Positive: The location of this guesthouse was gorgeous and remote, though close to the main road. Perched on the edge of a hill and overlooking the valley, the property has a beautiful view and the large, well-maintained garden is lush and charming, including chickens and turkeys! The staff was very kind and helpful, he got up early to make a tasty rice soup for me. The room was spacious. I liked the pretty coconut lamps hanging by the bedside, some of the bulbs did not work.
Negative: The room (one of just two, this one had no aircon) felt stuffy. The fans were ineffective and since a few mosquitos got in, it wasn't a great night's sleep. The nice cotton blanket on the pillow (there was another thicker blanket covering the bed) also smelled a bit musty. I would recommend a top sheet plus (fresh) cotton blanket on the bed only, since there is no aircon and it didn't really cool down until after midnight. I would also suggest interior locks (bolts) on the three doors. It might also be time for the shower head to be cleaned or replaced. I would definitely come again if some if these things were looked at!

Positive: 1. Great view of sunset in Khaoyai, greenery mountain garden with various trees, vegetable 2. Cosy room 3. Yummy Thai breakfast 4. Fresh air 5. Friendly pets (dogs, ginger & tabby cats)
Negative: 1. Power brownout 2. Water pressure drop (It will be issue when you flush toilet. ) 3. Inconvenient road, it's non-asphalt road for distance 200 meters before arriving accomodation. Anyway, you can ride all type of cars to that place but need to shitf gear L due to steep slope.

Positive: Stayed here for a night and i love it! The place was great feel like i spent a day at my own cabin that was surrounded by the garden and mountain. Staff was very nice and helpful. The cats was also welcoming :) the breakfast was great.
