Summary: This is a cute motel with minimal services. Video checkin, no on-site person. Housekeeping only in the morning. Would have not been an issue but they only left decaf coffee in the room and no soap. I was able to get the 2nd morning as I did not notice until returning after my hike and housekeeping was gone. The video contact said housekeeping would come by but they didn't. That all being said it was $60/night!!! It was clean except for a musty shower curtain...what Im saying is Yes...it was a great place to stay for the fantastic price of $60 for a hiking getaway ... or if that is just your budget but not for a great vacation room. I've stayed in budget to 5 star resorts. This was great for the price!

Summary: The virtual kiosk was new, but it was okay. Definitely takes a bit longer, but not too bad. The location was fantastic, hot tub was warm and clean. The room: the bed was absolutely terrible! We booked 2 rooms and both beds sunk in at the center and were so uncomfortable! There were also dirty towels in one of the closets. Otherwise, it was fairly clean. Can definitely use some upgrades.

Summary: Location is great, easy to walk to the shops. Room was clean. It was hard to sleep as you can really hear the other guests in the room below you, but it’s an older building so I think this is expected. The hotel is self check in, which means they send a room code to your phone with the passcode to get in. We had issues receiving our code, but called the number provided and was able to get the code. I’m giving this 3 stars becuase I prefer having the

Summary: Good small inn located only 6 minutes from uptown Sedona. Very close to many hikes and sightseeing spots. I was here for 6 days and used less than 1/3 tank of gas going out daily for hiking, work, and shopping.

Summary: Shower rod all rusty. Shoe marks on ceiling. Bed fell apart when sat on.Yavapai county health department had a sign on gate that shut down hot tub since March ..3 months it hasn't been rectified. I had reached out to staff member via phonecall...as no one is onsite... to elevate issues and instructed for management to call me, they never called. Not impressed. Furthermore,requested floor level for handicapped, received a room on top floor. Had to fix that through phone calls. Ridiculous. Will not stay there again.

Summary: The beds are so stiff! Cardboard like. I just needed to rest for a few hours and I couldn’t even sleep, my body hurt so bad in the morning. But the views are incredible and the area is nice.

Summary: Not a bad place to stay, but with no on-site staff it was a bit confusing getting into room. Another guest had issues getting into their room. We finally got hold of the owner and they sent us a text with a code to open our door, but it wasn't a pleasant experience at first. Room was comfortable
