We are centrally located just a short drive to downtown, Balboa park, San Diego Zoo and the international border. 5 min drive to the new incredible brewery seen on Third avenue. We are one mile from the Palomar trolley station. We are two blocks from the San Diego Country Club Golf Course.

Summary: We had an awesome experience renting here. The place was exactly as pictured. Very clean with everything you may need or forget to pack. There were K cups, shampoo and conditioner and little extras everywhere. Ken was quick to respond and friendly yet gave us our privacy.

Summary: Kenneth was cheerful and helpful but also let our family keep to ourselves on his property. We felt safe the entire time and enjoyed the extras, from beach chairs and towels to sand toys to on-site laundry. Excellent host.

Summary: Overall a great experience. Ken is a fantastic host. Super attentive to your every need. Very comfortable accommodations. And, as a great bonus, just a mile or so away from the Third Avenue Village, home to a lot of great craft beer places and tasty restaurants. Summary: We stayed at Ken's backyard cottage recently, and were extremely happy with the house. It is conveniently located near the interstate, with easy, quick access to many of the most popular San Diego attractions (zoo, beaches, USS Midway, Old Town, outlet mall). It is also located near many local restaurants and Wal-Mart if you need to get anything for your visit. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures - VERY clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and the air conditioner works really well! The neighborhood is fine too - quiet at night, lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs during the day, and the house has convenient parking directly in front that was always available. The backyard is huge, and immaculately maintained; we especially enjoyed the large deck in the evenings and early mornings when it was quiet and cool. This cottage was an excellent choice, and I would definitely consider staying there again on future trips.

Summary: it was such a cute space and I hardly had to get anything extra from the store or the owners. Also, they had a sweet bathroom Bluetooth speaker! There were so many gates/doors to go through to get to our VRBO so the dogs were safe and there was no way anybody else could go the the wrong VRBO/house.

Summary: It was my husband and I and our gpa and our kiddos first time ever in a VRBO and we LOVED it. The owners were very accomodating with arriving early (we had an overnight flight from Oahu, PCS'g family moving to the east coast) and we needed something earlier to get some rest and a hotel wasn't going to be as accommodating. Plenty of room and we had our kitty with us. Just the best stay there.
