SanDiegoPoolHome proudly presents this beautifully renovated one-story home 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego! This home features an amazing saltwater pool with a beautiful rock slide, waterfall, and an in-ground hot tub! The newly-built outdoor entertainment area features a full cooking area complete with grill, outdoor fridge, fire pit with chairs, and a large outdoor TV. The outdoor area also features a mini golf course, cornhole boards, hammock chairs, and a picnic table for outdoor eating.
The Space:
The pool can be heated for an additional $150/day with a 3 day minimum, but the spa is included in your stay.
The interior of the home features 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, and comfortably house up to 12 guests! Three of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, while the last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, and a pool table! There is a washer and dryer located off one of the guest bathrooms, and the master bedroom has a fireplace and a TV! The kitchen has all the basic appliances you’ll need, including stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and dishwasher, and a dining table right next to the kitchen for meals. The living room features a sectional sofa gathered around a wall-mounted smart TV for enjoying movies as a family.
This home is situated close to the intersection of the 805 and 54 freeways, and is close to Downtown San Diego, plenty of dining and shopping, and the Sesame Place San Diego water park, and other San Diego attractions are only a short drive away! There are plenty of great casual dining places nearby, as well as a couple bars and breweries to enjoy a drink. The 5 freeway is only minutes away, and will take you into the heart of Downtown San Diego, as well as Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and a further journey on the 5 will take you to Old Town San Diego and the various San Diego beaches!

Absolutely no noise is allowed outside after 10:00. This is a family oriented neighborhood. We do not allow any disruption of our neighbors peace and quiet. We want to make sure you know that we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbing the neighbors, or exceeding the maximum number of guests. Rental agreements will immediately be terminated and guests will be made to leave if there are any violations of these terms. Your security deposited will NOT be refunded if you violate these terms.

Summary: Backyard was great. The pool and slide were nice. Had some issues with the hottub, but someone came and looked at it promptly. The games outside were great for the family. Bedrooms were adequate. We ran out of serving spoons for Thanksgiving dinner, but otherwise well stocked. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent/dish soap.

Summary: This house was perfect for our group. 5 rooms with beds. Clean bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the outdoor activities were a bonus. It was nice to sit in the backyard by the fire pit and have coffee or a beer. House was very spacious and accommodated us nicely. My only suggestion would be ceiling fans for the rooms, but other than that, a perfect stay. I would absolutely love to come back again. – House is close to SD Downtown. Maybe a 15 drive. Easy access to the freeway and a Target + Mall is literally 3 min away.
