Positive: Staff were the most friendly and helpful people during my stay in Korea. Staff do a lot to try and organize activities for people staying there. My room was massive and had a proper shower ie a separation from the toilet.

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Generous free breakfast. Reasonably clean.

Negative: Because of the open plan it could get cold in the room. There is heating (controlled from the front desk, so you have to go down and get them to turn it on for you) but it didn't seem so effective against the cold. You can't close the window in the bathroom so using the toilet/shower can be an even more chilling experience.
