Summary: The home sits back from the main road in a quiet little neighborhood. Very cozy and clean setting! Linens were clean and stocked up along with pool towels. The back yard made us not even want to leave the house! The kids had a blast outside! We were staying in the area to give the kids an outing before school and also shop for school clothes. Perfect location with the mall being 15-20 minutes away! Jeff was a great host, answered all of my questions in a timely manner & was very helpful.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The property is close to many restaurants and stores like target and Walmart. The home was clean and just as described. Communication with owner was great quick to respond and helpful. Will definitely be keeping this home in mind on our next family trip.

Summary: Great house for our family trip. Communication with host was great. House had all the amenities needed for a family stay. Pool was great for adult downtime while kids played. Washer and dryer, including detergent, was very handy. In a good neighborhood and convenient location to stores and restaurant and just down the street from beach, St. Petersburg, and downtown Tampa.
