Badinot house is a two - floors indipendent countryhouse sited in the village of Diano d'Alba, a beautiful place in the heart of the Langhe.
Diano is one of the best villages in the Langhe areas, in fact is a very fascinating place sited in a central position between Alba (really close), Barolo and Barbaresco; its position offers a beautiful view on the hilly landscapes !!
The city of Alba is just 6 km away from Badinot, and Barolo is no longer than 10 km, on a very interesting panoramic road !! ..
At ground floor, home offers:
1 large KITCHEN / DINING ROOM with fridge + freezer, gas oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, all you need for breakfast and for cooking .. and a big table with 6 seats.
1 LOUNGE ROOM with a comfortable leather sofa, a wood - fireplace, hi fi, wine tasting corner, DVD player, TV with Italian digital terrestrial and satellite channels from GER, CH, FRA, ITA, AUT.
At first floor, there are:
2 BEDROOMS, the blue one is bigger and contains a king size double bed (181 x 200 cm) and could be equipped with a third single bed or a cot for kids (we have 2 cots); the green one is smaller but very romantic, with a double canopy bed (160 x 200 cm), That is perfect for a couple or for children, too. Both rooms include linen and clothes.
1 BATHROOM with water closet, bidet, sink, shower, hair dryer, soaps and bath products, linen and towels.
Outside the house you will find:
1 gazebo with chairs for outside.
1 round table with four comfortable seats.
1 GARDEN VEGETABLES and FRUIT TREES to gather what the nature offers in That season.
1 private huge PARK for romantic walks surrounded by nature,
1 BARBECUE station, with grill, stone and cutlery for cooking,
1 private flowered LAWN, adjacent to the dining room, large and closed, where children and animals may play safely.

On the first floor are:
2 bedrooms, the blue one, very spacious, has a king size double bed and may include a third single bed (possibly two beds for children). The green room, smaller but romantic, includes a four-poster bed, perfect for a couple but also for children. The bed linen and towels are provided.
1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, towels and linens.
Outside the house you will find:
1 GAZEBO with chairs and outdoor furniture,
1 table with 4 comfortable chairs,
1 GARDEN + FRUIT TREES grown without pesticides and fungicides which to collect what the land offers in the access season,
1 large private PARK where romantic walks surrounded by nature,

Summary: Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!

Summary: Gabrielle was an amazing host and has made this property nestled in the vineyards a beautiful place to stay. The house is incredibly well equipped for all your needs during a stay and Gabrielle even provided us with some food to welcome us. The interior rooms are well decorated, furniture is cool and the gardens are well maintained. Our dogs loved their time in the fully fenced gardens, which allowed us to relax here. Gabrielle met us for checkin with her son, who spoke very good English, to help us settle in. The village is a brilliant base to visit the amazing villages and towns of Piemonte as well as offering an authentic Italian vibe. Gabrielle was a brilliant host and we will definitely be back to enjoy Casa Badinot again soon.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in casa Badinot. A nice warm welcome from Gabriella and her son Lorenzo and all the basic necessities ensured a relaxing start to our holiday. We and our two dogs enjoyed the beautiful house, the garden and the surroundings. We would definitely like to come back. a real recommendation!!

Summary: Gabriella is a wonderful host with a beautiful home. Check in was easy and very welcoming. The house is in a quiet village and has a big yard with comfortable seating and a table and chairs. Inside the kitchen is well equipped and there is a fireplace for chilly nights. We had a great time in Diano dAlba!

Summary: Casa Badinot is offered by Gabriella and Lorenzo who were very warm, friendly and welcoming. It is a farmhouse, very well situated close to dolcetto vineyards unfolding below and extending into the woods to one side. It was particularly good for us because we were travelling with our dog (medium sized) who needed the enclosed garden that was available here.The house had a cozy salon with a fireplace and lots of wood available. The amenities were very clean and appliances user friendly. The casa is equipped with a web pocket Wi-Fi that you can take around for internet access. It was safe and perfectly situated to access the other towns in the Langhe-Roero area. Highly recommended

Summary: If you like hiking, or visiting small medieval villages, if you like good wine and excellent food this area is the place to be and Casa Badinot a very good holiday home to stay. We were very warmly welcomed by Gabriella, who gave us plenty of “must see” tips. The house has everything you want, from a well equipped kitchen to a nice fireplace. The location is very quiet situated next to a vineyard. You can walk to the village and continue from there. Strongly recommended.
