Located in Residentie Baelskaai 20 on the East Bank, you can stay on the 5th floor with a view of the wharf and fishing boats. Also in rear park (in construction, but children can already play). Take long walks by the sea, stroll in the bustle of the city or enjoy a nice dinner in one of the numerous restaurants.
Our new holiday apartment (105m²) contains a large spacious living room with a lot of light and 180 ° view. The entire apartment has oak parquet flooring throughout, the sanitary areas are tiled (anti slip). Everything was decorated with new trendy furniture. High ceilings and high windows on the floor, which provide an open feel. South facing terrace and living room. 2 lifts present. Fire alarm.

A third double bed is in the living room and is a pull-out bed (Sofabed) with premium pocket mattress (140x200).
The open kitchen with island is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, combi / microwave oven, hot air oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, etc .... All household items for 6 people.
Storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, freezer. Vacuum cleaner, drying rack present.
All the necessities for a fun holiday!
Only 1 tram stop from the station and easily accessible by car!
At 500m from the beach, sea and dunes, the fishing mine and Fort Napoleon.
The center of Oostende and Bredene are 5 minutes drive away.

One can also easily by the free ferry to Ostend center.

Summary: This brand new apartment has it all! Two beautiful bedrooms with ultramodern walk in showers. Fully equipped, modern kitchen/dining/living room area with ceiling to floor glass doors and outside deck that afford spectacular views of all of Oostende and the vibrant maritime activity that is in constant motion. The high definition TV’s have dozens of channels in every major language. Your keys include a garage door opener to the completely secure underground parking with a lift that zips you up to the fifth floor apartment. There is a full size washer and separate dryer which is wonderful. The WiFi is fast and powerful and fully capable of handling any number of electronics. It is a short walk (or drive with free parking) to the free ferries that make the crossing across the harbor to the city every few minutes. The crossing takes only 5 minutes and they run before sunup to after dark. Ann, the owner, who is multilingual, warmly welcomed us and will always be reachable during your stay to answer any questions you might have. She is truly a genuinely warm person who will go out of her way to make your stay as delightful as possible! Five stars are not nearly enough!!

Summary: Modern stylish appartment. However, it is spoilt this time by on -going construction work. The appartment is light, spacious and airy with fantastic views accross the docks. We would love to return when all the buiding work is complete.

Summary: would have given it 5 stars had it not been located in the very middle of a huge ongoing construction/development project. Ann was a wonderful and welcoming hostess, very easy going and ready to help. The apartment is very clean and spacious, with all that you need.
