Summary: We had a very nice stay in this house. The pictures do not really show how spacious the house is. Also the covered terrace is a nice place to sit even on hot days. Just be aware that some insects like it there too. Take precautions. Lastly, the hosts are the friendliest people you could meet.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, in this lovely home. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great from start to finish. The house is clean and modern but with lovely traditional features in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Summary: Perfect getaway for us whilst working at the Imola racetrack. Very quiet location with beautiful scenery. Susanna & Luciano made us all very welcome.

Summary: We had a lovely time at Luciano and Susanna's villa on the outskirts of Bagnacavallo. The house was spotlessly clean, very spacious and private. It has been nicely renovated with modern technology, including an intercom if you need to call the owners, who live in a separate house next door (separated by fencing and hedging). Susanna and Luciano are lovely and were very helpful and kind. Our children enjoyed the slide, see-saw and wobbly logs as well as Cico the friendly cat. The town and area are great and the people friendly. Thanks Susanna and Luciano!

Summary: We spent a lovely week at Susanna and Luciano’s property. They were very kind and helpful hosts. The property was perfect. Our children loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace. The hosed was clean, spacious and well-appointed. We spent much of the week exploring some of the many interesting towns in the region. There is so much to see and do within an easy drive of the property. Thank you for a great week.

Summary: "A lovely property in peaceful surroundings. The owners are a very nice and friendly couple. A shame that not really any UK channels available on the TV but me and our teenage boys were pleased with the home cinema system - went to Media World to buy DVDs to watch. I enjoyed my 3km walk to the village for breakfast & to get our daily provisions. The orchard with fitness run was good - just a little hot for us Brits. We had good meals out at Osteria Malabocca in the main square of Bagnacavallo. Only 30 minutes from Mirabilandia Theme and Water Park."
