Summary: The wife and I enjoyed our stay at the wonderful home in Cable Beach. Very nice design, great area and convenient to all areas and amenities nearby. We will certainly include the home in our future plans for visiting the island.

Summary: Great location in safe, residential neighborhood and a fun pool (larger than it appears in listing). Very easy to get to everything— walk to cable beach and supermarket. The house is on a shared lot with nice plantings and worked great for our family of 4. Although a bit dirty on arrival, particularly in and around the pool, it didn’t detract from our wonderful visit.

Summary: Property was very well located! So close to beach, transportation and grocery shopping/restaurants! Couple of items could use some fixing…one tub we couldn’t turn water off and they knew about when we checked in- no-one came to fix. Oven didn’t work. Location address should have been street address and then unit number. Property was very responsive to messages thank goodness! The proximity to Baha Mar was excellent as well!

Summary: The house is exactly as shown. Keyno, the property manager who lives on site, is so sweet and very helpful. There are 2 bedrooms and 3 baths (2 of the bathrooms are in the large bedroom) - very convenient for couples ! They are currently in the process of adding another bedroom. The location is walking distance to Cable Beach & Goodmans Beach . There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well. City Market Grocery Store is also convenient and just down W Bay Street. Bring a couple of reusable grocery bags with you to off-set the expensive groceries. We will definitely be back!!!

Summary: The particular charm of this home is comfort, and the guest experience is handled with great kindness and professionalism by Keyno, who manages the property for the owner. The purpose of our visit to the Bahamas was business (me) and vacation (my husband) and the experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Keyno picked us up at the airport and then we dropped our bags and went to the market to stock the house with provisions, getting the lowdown on the neighborhood along the way. Another key factor in this relaxed home is the location. We decided not to rent a car as my work did not require it and the vacation portion was short, so the fact that the home was within walking distance of a supermarket, two Swiss pastry shops, a yogurt shop, bank, Johnny Canoe Café--a popular restaurant with tasty fresh fare, a park and nature preserve with a body of water full of ducks, plus a COVID testing facility (for the return home), and a police and fire station, was definitely a bonus. I felt perfectly comfortable walking around the neighborhood. It is the complete package for those of us who find the bustle of a large crowded hotel overwhelming. The layout of the house, with bedrooms at opposite ends and two en suite bathrooms in the master, a dining room separate from the kitchen that can be used as an office, plus a laundry room, makes for a nicely spaced experience. Not to mention the sitting area by the pool, where I cooled off during the day between Nassau’s seasonal short pours of rain. Keyno also managed to squeeze in a short tour for me during a day when I had a break from work to a couple of historical sites, one of which, Blackbeard’s Lookout, was rather an adventure to find. All in all a thoroughly pleasant experience, and I would rent this property again.

Summary: We, a family of four, stayed close to 2 weeks in the house. The welcome and all over communication was super easy, quick and friendly . The location is convenient, close to super market and central to move in the island. Keno the manager on site was super welcoming and helpful, a piece of jewelry.
