Summary: The villa is set within a small complex of similar designed properties but Is the pick of the bunch due to its elevated position and size with beautiful big pool. It is located in a quiet coastal neighbourhood and is ideally situated to explore the north east of Cyprus. The nearest big town Kyrenia is a short drive to the west if you like big casinos, hotels , harbour front restaurants and shopping.. The old castle and shipwreck museum there is also worthy of a visit. Indeed there are quite a few historical sites to visit within a short driving range of the villa. The mountain castles, Bellapais monastery and Roman ruins of Salamis are a must. Hiring a car is essential (there is a garage to keep it cool in the summer sun) and with the Turkish lira being favourable with the pound everything is cheaper here too! Swimming and snorkelling in the sea was sublime in the bath water temperatures but beware the sand is very hot in summer. A lot of the coves and bays are also stony so you may want to bring shoes to swim in too. North Cyprus is not as developed as the south of the island but this has its advantages and disadvantages. There are quite a view little restaurants in the immediate area of Esentepi and a very handy supermarket nearby (Tempo) which also does hot food takeaway. If you want a water park then use the Acapulco hotel facilities (for a small fee) which is just outside Kyrenia. Also worthy of mention are the villa owners, who were quick and effective in resolving any slight issues we had and also provided a nice welcome pack on arrival. Overall we were looked after very well and loved the villa and it’s pool - the best we have stayed at. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would happily return for another holiday here. The Rees family :)

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in North Cyprus. The people are friendly and the weather hot. Most people spoke English which was a bonus although I had google translate at the ready. As for the villa, it was everything we expected based on the reviews and more. We’v Stayed at a few and this was by far the best yet. Clean, welcoming and comfortable, it really felt like home after the first night. All amenities were working and the pool is on another level. It actually felt like getting into a warm bath in the late afternoon. The children loved it, especially my 6 year old. Janice was always on hand to answer any questions as was Bob across the road. Our welcome pack was much appreciated as well as our flights were delayed meaning we didn’t get to the villa till three in the morning. I highly recommend this property and host. I myself plan to go back to North Cyprus to finish what we started and plan to stay in this very villa. Do yourself a favour and book with Janice as you will definitely not regret it.

Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2018 and really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa and its location. The pool was cool and provided an ideal respite from the beautiful Cyprus sunshine. There were 3 bedrooms but as there was only 2 of us just made use of main one upstairs. We both enjoy walking so every morning we walked along the Old Road by the sea-bliss! The garage was also a welcome addition to keep the hire car cool when not in use.Wi fi access easy to access. Kitchen well equipped. The lounge was welcoming but we tended to eat and relax outside in the evening as it was cooler than indoors-though there is excellent air conditioning throughout the villa.

Summary: On arrival we were greeted with a beautiful, clean villa, many thanks for the welcome pack as we arrived quite late on a Sunday. Such a peaceful area with beautiful views. Inside the villa it is very large with a huge balcony leading off the main bedroom. Everything you could want in the kitchen and more!!!! If you want a really relaxing holiday, this is the place to come to. The pool was amazing and we were sitting out next to it from six in the morning watching the sun rise until the sun went down in the evening. It was like getting into a bath where the sun had warmed it up, much nicer than any other pool i have been in. There are a host of pool toys and even a pump to inflate them with. There are some really nice restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. For all those people who love rest and relaxation this is the villa for you. Janice and Robert were so kind and helpful and thanks also to Ceren who met us on the first morning and was helpful throughout our stay with information on the local area and whatever we required. Ice cream man comes round twice a day and stops right outside the villa which is brilliant for the kids,. I would thoroughly recommend this villa we had such a fantastic holiday. Thank you so much

Summary: Wonderful stay in Janice and Roberts Villa. Janice on hand if we needed anything and regularly contacted us to see how our holiday was going. Taxi and Hire car arranged by Janice too and made for a seamless experience. Villa was very clean and pool spotless - good view of the sea too. Gardeners and pool cleaners showed up regularly to make sure it stayed that way (can't believe comments from another reviewer was for the same villa!?). Welcome pack was great especially as we arrived late in the evening (as most will due to flight timings). Recommend Spice Garden for the first night meal as it's a short walk. Villa complex is one of the best we saw in N.Cyprus - despite the lack of tarmac on the access road from the main road! Highly recommended for families.

Summary: We stayed here recently for 2 weeks in the middle of July. Villa is great for relaxation and the pool is absolutely perfect. Communication with regard to changeover could have been better and we had a troubled last day as the cleaners turned up early to start the clean for the next customers. Apart from that our overall stay was excellent.

Summary: The villa has amazing sea views. Located in a development with other similar looking villas (some for holiday rent but in some people are living permanently.We had very friendly and helpful neighbours). The villa is not overlooked and has everything you need for holiday. The pool was very clean. Ice cream man comes around midday every day, a welcome treat in the summer sun. We had a couple of issues that needed addressing but Janice was very approachable, helpful and quick responding. Lovely local beaches and Estepente village with good restaurants. Overall, great holiday.

Summary: I have stayed in villas in Cyprus for the last 15 years. I usually stay in Southern Cyprus is Pissouri and never had any complaints. Southern Cyprus over the years has become a little commercial so we decided to have a change and explore Northern Cyprus. I will not be looking back. The villa we had the fortune to stay in was everything we could have wished for. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with all we could ask for. The appliances were top of the range. Towels and linen all provided and washing machine great for revitalising while we stayed. The area was so peaceful and neighbours friendly but not overlooked. The views were excellent and the pool was hard to drag ourselves away from. Welcome pack really appreciated as we had a late flight. Had a couple of glitches with water but Janice and Karen (property management team) sorted them out for us quicker than we could have imagined. Overall this was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The villa sleeps 6, only 2 of us travelled but there would be more than enough room for a full house without being cramped. Villa was very spacious and spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 weeks. Certainly got the holiday blues. Thank you for letting us stay we loved it

Summary: Beautiful Villa. Very clean has everything you need. Very peaceful surroundings. Fantastic pool. Found a lovely beach, definately would recommend a car, which Janice very kindly organised to have delivered to the Villa. Very cheap to eat out. Will definately be returning.
