Positive: Beautiful place !! The staff was amazing this is my third time coming in and has exceeded my expectations. One of my family members got sick and they even offered medical service and cooked special food to help feeling better.
Negative: Maybe will require better bed from the sofa but you can ask to place another mattress and if they have availability they offered me another bed. The towels need a little bit of softener , they are rough to dry with and it hurts a little bit after you are sunburned.

Positive: Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.

Positive: Staff was nice, food was good @ the buffet, a la carte restaurants for dinner - presentation and service were nice. Had a good experience with the taxi reserved for us by Bahia to get to the airport in Cancun, Gustavo was our driver and had his own company, it was more expensive but safe and pleasant trip.
Negative: Rooms very outdated, the bed sheets were all stained and worn out. The window screens and blinds were stained and old, long way to the beach, the lower Bahia resorts nearby the beach seemed to have better food @ the buffet, towels (bath & beach) were extremely worn out, resort is very far from Cancun airport, taxis are expensive. We had an unpleasant experience with cabsi & mozio taxi on our way from Cancun airport to the resort. All inclusive Cocktails have very little alcohol, wine tasted very cheap. If you want premium you must pay extra. A la carte restaurants for dinner were disappointening, no authentic food, nothing compared to a real upscale restaurant. Unfortunately we were forced to stay in the resort because we booked a tour to Tulum on the day before our departure (very limited availability over the weekend) via Bahia app and apparently nobody received our reservation! So we lost the opportunity of seeing anything outside the resort.
Summary: Full of adventures experience.

Positive: I did like the option to go to all of the locations via the trolleys they had. I thought the buffets were pretty good and the fresh cooked buffet chefs were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful!!!
Negative: The facilities were outdated and you could tell that even though the sheets were clean, they were old. The bedsheets literally looked like they had been there for at least 5-7 years just continuously cleaned but becoming damaged along the way. We couldn’t even enjoy the spa tub because is was so old and cracking.
Summary: The staff were great but the facilities were definitely outdated/old and not in the best shape.

Positive: Adult only hotel. Quiet and chill vibes. You can access adult only beach in the same hotel resort, the beach bar & all hotel's buffet. Breakfast and silence disco are big highlight to recommend!
Negative: Used sofa bed in the room but metal hurted my back. Asked extra mattress on top of, but still very uncomfortable to sleep on. Could update the sofa for extra guest.
