Positive: We spent 8 days in the villa. Azita waited for us in the villa, explained how to yo use keys, automatic shutters, lightning and excess to the private beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, has all varieties of tea, ground coffee and capsules for coffee machine, olive oil, bottled water.... In a fridge we found eggs, ham, bread, butter, cheese and welcome wines. It was very handy, we didn't have to drive to a store to buy any food. Four of us used 3 bedrooms and we can find enough privacy for each. I attached sunrise pictures which we enjoyed every morning on the terrace with espresso. Every day was different! Take a swimming shoes if you are planning to swim in a private beach, which is rocky, small, but very nice. We have never been in this part of Spain before. After this vacation we fell in love with Alicante.

Positive: The setting of the villa is fantastic, to wake up to all 180 degree sea views every morning is marvellous. the small square within 5 minutes walk has some great restaurants and is a great option for eating out without travelling
Negative: the local shop is poorly stocked so a trip to the nearest town is needed to stock up, but if you don't have a car the tram stop is only a few minutes walk away

Positive: This is an Exceptional spacious villa, very high quality. Azita is the best and generous hostess whose communication, response times, our welcome goodies and friendliness was simply fabulous. Thank you 😊. The villa is comfortable, spacious and equipped with more than everything you will need. We enjoyed every inch of the spectacular villa and gardens. The infinity pool is a highlight and the view from the main living room is unprecedented. The privacy and security at the villa is very good, and the area is relaxed and upmarket. A small group of local restaurants are worth a visit.
Negative: We found that we needed a car to fully access the bigger local beaches and sea, as we were unable to access the sea directly from the villa beach area because of the rocks/ strong waves in our stay in early June. However, the outside stairs are sturdy and you can access the area in front of the sea. There is a very, very small local beach area 1 minute from the villa gates which was an added attraction.
Summary: An exceptional villa with unique views and the best hostess.

Waking up to the mesmerizing views of the ocean right outside our window was truly magical. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the beautiful furnishings to the top quality of the beds, exceeded all expectations. Positive: The infinity pool and direct sea access created an unrivalled experience. The service provided by the host, Azita, was exceptional; in particular the selection of refreshments and snacks prepared for our arrival. It was a really nice touch after a long drive.

Azita / Robert are lovely wonderful people, booking process & our arrival was perfect very pleased with our welcome to the villa and service to detail Azita provided is just fantastic. Very Impressed thank you! The villa its self is very spacious modern private 10/10 absolutely beautiful property from every angle. I love it very clean ,classy & luxury touched. The Street is lovely quiet laid out with wonderful villas all around. The sea view is fun and breath taking scenery inside and outside to chill out eat , drink & relax. We loved it. The overall finish of the property is perfect home from home Azita has done it in a way you have everything you could possibly need there. Very pleased. The pool is clean warm & lovely with amazing views & the private steps down to the Mediterranean sea is amazing to go down & chill out in the evening or whenever with a drink to sit and unwind & watch the waves come in towards you and watch the boats pass by in the distance!! The Living Room Is great with a very good choice of English satellite channels & Netflix Etc Importantly the air con works very well to keep it all cool on hot nights and the bedrooms & beds are very comfy & spacious , The bathrooms are great and the kitchen is brilliant including large gas hob to do some proper cooking. I loved the layout of the villa its very good all round with the panoramic views with large glass windows looking out onto the sea watching the glowing sun and the moon at night light up the sea. The town is also great clean very nice laid back vibes with beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets ,shops, petrol stations everything you could ask for we also really enjoyed the town area , nearby you have 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Villajoyosa. I would recommend this villa all day long and i will be be back at some point 100% i hope! Just what we needed thank you! Until next time take care!
