This this tree house nearly hovers over the Baker River. It is close Mount Moosilauke. Wi-Fi is a short walk away, so is the toilet. A Village Market is close by. It can sleep 1 tall, 1 Medium, 1 very small person or pet. One full bed. Two people is ideal. The floor is a rhombus not a square. Heater works to well. The road is close, but the river rapids push out local traffic noise. I was a 10-year hosts on anther platform. I had 2,500 reviews and a huge return percentage. I hope my old guests find me here!

Summary: Clean bed. Good heat. Very peaceful to sleep right next to the river. I haven't lept so well in a long time. Close to good hiking in the whit mountains.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay. It was private and quiet. Host was personable and respectful of us. There are other campsites there, but they way they are laid out makes you feel like you are the only one. This was super close to the river which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great reset to the daily grind.

Summary: Perfect little tree house on the river. Great for people who love nature and being outdoors. Spent a little romantic weekend with my boyfriend and we will definitely come back.

Summary: This property was very peaceful to stay at. If you decide to stay here be prepared for no signal while you are here. There is a town store about 10 minutes away that has wifi or you can ask the kind host about the wifi on the site. I would recommend the Tinny tree house for at most two people (or one Adult and two small children).

Summary: The tree house was awesome. Just as listed this is the perfect get away. Only thing is service does not reach out but the main house has wifi so If youre looking to disconnect this is the place to go. WE LOVED that there wasnt many mosquitoes even though we were next to the river. The owner is awesome and he is always down for a chat. I recommend 10/10!!

Summary: We loved our stay and will definitely be back!! Eric was a great host who is passionate about his property and it shows. From building the perfect fire for you that will light with one flick of your lighter to all the cute accommodations he’s built by himself with lots of little details in mind from lots of cut wood for your fire to having WiFi available. The treehouse was right on the river and we could hear the river babbling below us as we slept!! This is a great getaway that’s a step above tent camping but still rustic enough to not be glamping, which we loved! We’ll definitely be coming back to check out some of the other accommodations on site!!

Summary: My boyfriend and I wanted to have a little weekend getaway to celebrate our two year anniversary together. We both love nature and thought this would be a good place. When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by what was in front of us. Eric was so polite and met with us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and answer any questions we had. We cooked meals over the campfire, we swam in the river, and we enjoyed every second of the peaceful atmosphere around us. I have never seen so many stars out in one night! We were sad to have had to come home and we will absolutely be back. I can’t recommend Baker River Rentals enough!

Summary: We have been coming to this property for years and can't say enough great things about it. Eric is a wonderful host and so helpful to guests. It's exactly as advertised. A rustic treehouse right on the river, you bring whatever supplies you need. This is not glamping, it's real camping, and it's such a wonderful camping experience. Our kid absolutely loves the treehouse and my husband and I sent up a tent nearby. Having a fire pit right on the river is wonderful. The river has great spots for dunking, and we always catch great brook trout here. Close to a store and cell service (5mins) but still feels so secluded when you're there. I've been spending my summers on this river for my entire life. So nice to have a place to bring my children to enjoy it.
