Positive: The villa was a real home being fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a really good family holiday. The view from the terrace was wonderful and coffee out there first thing was a great way to start the day! the beds were really comfy and it was a real bonus to have several English speaking channels as well as Netflix on the big tv in the lounge! The fab views mean the villa is up a hill but we strolled down to the beach most days and when you come back you've the pool waiting for you to cool off! There are local bars and restaurants nearby but the town is a very short car ride away or 25 minutes walk along the beach. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking to stay just outside Nerja in superb surroundings!

Negative: There was nothing really not to like except a minor niggle - would have liked a manual or more detailed instructions on how to work the microwave!

Positive: The property is beautiful with stunning views, and the owners have everything that you’ll ever need.

Negative: We loved everything about it. The only issue that may come up for some people is that it is at the top of a steep hill, but we hired a car and never found the hill to be a problem & it’s worth it for the views you wake up to.

Positive: The property was immaculate and in a perfect location. We hired a car from Malagacar.com (excellent stress free service) and arrived to the beautiful terrace which was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed for our 9 days. Lidl/Aldi/Mercado supermarkets a short drive from the property. A small supermarket within walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants. We walked into town from the property along the beach and back home on several occasions. I would definitely recommend a car but manageable without. Regular contact from Katina before we arrived and throughout our stay ensuring we were happy with everything.

Negative: The property was perfect.

Summary: The terrace and views are exceptional!!

Positive: Super villa. Well equipped and very comfortable and really nice outdoor space. Air con also worked very well. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

Positive: Everything about Balcon Bella Vista is great , the villa is beautiful and very well equipped, views are stunning, easy bus route into town but also local restaurants all around. Local shop a walk away. Would love to visit again .

Negative: The only slight difficulty for us was that its quite a steep hill up from the beach to conquer in the heat . But its easy to get taxi's and didnt prove difficult to the rest of the family under 60.
