Positive: Apartment is well located, within walking distance from tram station connecting Alicante city center and San Juan beach. Neighbourhood is calm and very clean. Availability of parking space is a plus. Flat is well equipped, with nice view from the balcony (6th floor).

Positive: Apartment was lovely, beds very comfortable and good shower . The tram , just a couple of minutes walk , was great and very cheap.

Negative: The second bedroom was very small ,it would be OK for kids but a bit cramped with two adults. No sun loungers at the pool but the pool was nice .

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It is cozy and comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms featuring large beds. The balcony offers a stunning sea view, making it a perfect spot to relax. One of the great advantages is the closed courtyard with a parking space, which is very convenient. The building also has a swimming pool and a well-maintained outdoor area. The location is excellent! There is a bus stop for route #22 nearby, which provides easy access to the center of Alicante.
