Summary: We were thankful to have found this property as two previous bookings were cancelled leaving us to find a place for 6 at the last minute. The pictures make the property look much nicer than it actually was. There was a problem with mice droppings throughout the house and an area of black mold in the kitchen that does not show in the pictures. Unfortunately the property owner/ manager was out of town and unable to come to do anything with the mice. It was in a very quiet gated area which we appreciated. As we did not spend much time at the property it did not negatively impact our vacation.

Summary: This accommodation is excellent value. My husband and I spent the month of May 2023 here and loved it. It is exactly as shown in the photos and feels like a comfortable family home. The host is easy to communicate with, and check-in/check-out were straightforward. The apartment is well-equipped and clean with nice linens. The complex is friendly and the neighbourhood is quiet, with bus, tram, groceries and cafes within a few blocks. For me, because I move slowly, beach access was about a 15-minute walk away along pleasant streets.
