Positive: Beautiful property—an absolute joy to look at and spend time in. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip, with lovely sheets and towels. The whole place is a great source of inspiration for how to curate a functional yet beautifully designed space. There are plenty of wonderful places to eat nearby, including a rather famous Instagram-worthy restaurant just across the road. Laundry facilities are also available on-site.

Positive: The property is beautiful, breathtaking.
Negative: The shower place is more like a cabin shower no hanging hooks inside or proper toiletries, so technically you have to hang your clothes or towel outside of the bathroom and that area is fully open with big windows and not very comfortable for a two bedroom villa. Also it only had one liquid dispenser which is to be used for body, hair and conditioning no separates for some people it’s ok but for me I prefer separates.
Summary: The place feels like home the bed are very comfortable.

The location was great, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Positive: This property is a great option if you are staying in Phuket just for a night or two and want to be close to the airport, but still stay somewhere that that looks charming and Thai style. The pool area was nice, everything was pretty and we loved the indoor-outdoor shower. Sheets and towels seamed clean. There was a great restaurant just across the street and closest 7eleven is a short walk down the road.
Negative: The toilet room could use some refurbishing, it was probably clean but looked old and dated in a way where you couldn't be sure if it is clean. The owner is a bit weird, very different compared to the majority of people we encountered in Thailand. The property offers good breakfast options, but in my opinion it is a bit overpriced.
