4 Bedroom Villa in Sa Khu, Phuket

Villa Eden is located three kilometer away from the beaches of Nai Thon and Nai Yang and has 300 m2 of living area. Because of the slope, the villa offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
You can reach both the beaches in just five minutes by scooter or car. You can rent a car directly from us or use our inexpensive shuttle service. In both the places you will find restaurants, bars, shops, and markets. The beach area is one of the best and quietest on the island. The villa has a large living area which goes directly in to the spacious covered patio. The tropical garden with sala and the built-in pool are an oasis of calm.
Our maid takes care of you and the villa every day from 9.00 - 12.00 und 13.00 - 17.00. Upon request she cooks for you free of charge. You are only charged for the ingredients which are bought at the local market and a small fee for driving to the market.
Our house is perfect for a family holiday. Children are welcome.
If you want to enjoy your regular coffee, you should bring your favourite along. We provide an espresso machine and a french press.
Outside there is a large swimming pool, a pool shower, outdoor toilet and a utility room available with a European washing machine. Our pool is filled with fresh water, but is slightly salty as the fully automatic pool system is operated by salt - bio sanitisation method. The pool water is therefore extremely compatible to your skin and a special swimming experience is guaranteed for you and your children.
Our Villa Eden also has a small home pharmacy, which is sufficiently equipped for first aid (An automatic defibrillator type Powerheart AED G3 is assembled at our home and can be used within seconds, your local contact (at least English) is also available at all times).
Massage service in your villa: We are pleased to offer a private massage service. (Traditional Thai massage, oil massage, professional medical massage, etc.)
Internet:
The price includes, of course, free internet (Free WiFi).
Private trips for our guests:
On request, we can provide you with a list of our most recommended trips.
Pickup:
The pick-up from and drop-off at the airport are included in the price as long as you stay five nights or more.
Car and scooter rental:
We also rent out several cars from 4/5 till 7 seats and also scooters. Cars include a fully comprehensive insurance and a navigation system with preconfigured favourites.

The price listed on Homeaway is for up to eight persons* (four bedrooms). One additional person (incl. extra bed) per room is possible and costs 25 Euros per person/per day. Please let us know at least 4 weeks in advance when you need additional beds.

Summary: Anything negative I have to say is outweighed by the very kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond for us. Be aware that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms - coming from a cold climate country, this renders the main kitchen and living room area intolerably hot. You can leave the bedroom doors open and that helps, but it takes a while to make much difference. The outdoor area is beautiful. Note that if you’re down by the gate to the road, there is a big trench where the gate travels. I almost blundered into this, and if I had probably would have broken my ankle. Be cautious! Anyway, lovely villa and lovely people.

Summary: Good value and staff responded to any request quickly and helpfully. Good value for money with the pool, 4 bedrooms and great mai/cook The location isn’t near anything though so nothing within walking distance (you can get to 7 11 in a 20 minute walk). We expected that so just be aware. M had a great stay with friends here

Summary: We chose the villa to serve as a large shared space for two families reuniting (one from Ireland and one from Australia) and it was perfect. The communal space was perfect and everyone had large bedrooms and private bathrooms. The pool area was beautiful and the outlook on the hills. The butler and maid option were more than we hoped for and truly turned the holiday into a break for everyone. The villa is 5 minutes from two beautiful beaches. Super near the airport but nowhere near flight paths. We can't recommend it enough

Summary: I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the moment we arrived we felt special and nothing was too much trouble . The villa was spacious, bright, extremely well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our family . The pool was a good size and clean and the outside living space, with wonderful views, was a joy. Noi and Boat were amazing hosts and kind beyond measure . There was nothing that couldn’t be arranged. The peaceful surroundings was just what we wanted, but had we wanted nightlife and shops this would not have been suitable at all. I would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Summary: We were sure what to expect from our first experience of Thailand. This property is fantastic and we could not have asked for more attentive hosts. Boat and Noi could not have done more for us and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this villa and complex is where you want to be - It is beautiful. Boat laid on all the taxis we needed and arranged our excursions without fuss and offered fantastic advice. Noi cooked some fabulous meals the flavours of which I haven't experienced before. We will return - Soon.

Summary: Villa Eden was perfect for our family getaway. The property is exeptionally clean, bedrooms spacious ( each with own bathroom), kitchen very well appointed with everything you need plus more. The living area is open and roomy and opens up to a fabulous outdoor area with a large saltwater pool. This property was perfect for our family of 7 (adults and teens). Plenty of room for everybody to relax. Location is quiet and beautiful, and away from the bustle, however you can easily imerse yourself in the bustle by calling a 'Bolt' ( like an Uber). What made our stay even better from start to finish were the responsive admin staff , and the wonderful Mr Boat and Noi. Noi cooked wonderful meals for us which rivalled the local restaurants, and kept us well looked after. Mr Boat gave helpful activity suggestions and local knowledge and was always available to assist us if needed. These are wonderful people, we miss their lovely smiles! We will definitely be back.
