Positive: We were a party of 10 people and our first impressions were the actual size of the house, gardens and car park – enormous !!. There are lovely views looking down to the river which is only a 10 minute walk through beautiful country side. I enjoy running and went on different routes each day – either along the river or on the various quiet roads around Marybank. We ate in most nights – the kitchen is also amazing and is excellently equipped. The various rooms, dining area and conservatory are spacious and perfect for us where you can find your own space. The bedrooms are also very private with individual bathrooms. We loved staying at Balloan House, where we had excellent support from the owners and cant recommend it high enough. We will definitely stay there again.
