Positive: Furniture arrangement, design. Balcony and Netflix. Distance to cultural katel and event in there. And Neighbor's cat was really cute and friendly. The host allowed to put our things earlier than check in time.

Negative: Some things were damaged or broken, faucet was leaking, and the carpet had a terrible smell. Some furniture was unstable and was supported by napkins. The clock on the wall and on the microwave did not work.

Summary: Everything we needed was here.

Positive: Location is one of the best in Tallinn! Definetly recommend people who are travelling to Tallinn.

Negative: Place was not properly clean. (Pieace of bread empty cup and floors were sticky.Smoke smell inside. Once i pointed out these problems to the accomodation provider and asked to change a room they told me they basically do not belive it and "no one" has complained 3 years. Honestly i take around 50-100 accomodation per year and this was one of the dirtiest i have seen this year. I even provided pictures over email and they did not even bother to watch it(they asked me pictures although i sent them straight away,this shows accomodation provider did not read my email through). Instead of not beliving when someone complains they should offer an extra cleaning service or a new room or send someone to check it out.

Negative: Tricky check-in. The host mentions to look for a specific parking lot, but in the snow, obviously no numbers were visible, so we had to freeze in the cold until we got him on the phone to explain what exactly we are looking for.

Positive: The location was excellent and the apartment had a washing machine and microwave. The heated tiles in the bathroom were great and worked as a dryer for my clothes when the dryer did not work!

Negative: Charging hotel prices without hotel service! Very difficult to find the property, I spent an hour in the rain with luggage trying to find it - a map with the location marked should be provided as the property is not on the road called Rumbi which appears in maps but off a gravel road to the side with another gravel road in between. The electric kettle did not work. I reported it as soon as I arrived but it did not get replaced until day 16 of a 22 day stay and only after I complained to the maintenance man who came to fix my clothes rail that fell off the wall and covered my clothes in plaster dust. I had to threaten to contact Booking.com to get urgent assistance with this issue. There were no instructions for the combined washing machine/dryer and while the washing machine was straightforward, I could not get the dryer to work adequately which is an issue when staying for over 3 weeks without any change of linen or towels being provided. I had issues with the TV - 3 JVC books provided but the TV was a Samsung! No instructions where to find the rubbish bins. Very limited kitchen plates and utensils. Cheap, uncomfortable mattress.

Summary: Fabulous location but very disappointing experience due to appalling customer service for the issues

Positive: Location. Definitely the biggest plus for this apartment. It’s close to the water (for a nice walk in the evening), public transport (bud and tram - or even scooters are easy to find in the area), supermarket (Rimi is 15min walk away) and of course, Old Town (all the major sights of Tallinn within walking distance). The apartment isn’t big but it can easily accommodate 2 people and has most facilities you might need during the stay (there’s also a nice balcony with a sea view). I had no issues with noise from neighbors (it’s a quiet residential area so you don’t have to worry too much about other tourists). I really enjoyed the whole check in/out without having to interact with someone (all the information was emailed to me prior to my arrival and it was explained in details so you can’t go wrong).

Negative: There’s a high fee for cleaning and because of that I was expecting a spotless apartment. The place was not dirty but if there’s a fee I’d like to see my money’s worth into practice.

Summary: Comfortable with amazing LOCATION!!
