Positive: We loved our little bungalow!! Our host were SUPER FRIENDLY & EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! They went the extra miles for us! Our bus didn’t get in on time so the boss met us at the bus stop and drove us to our accom. Same with the return our times didn’t quite match up with the busses so again we were driven to the main bus depot. I wasn’t feeling too good on the first morning so the lovely host mum got out her medicine chest and gave be a few tablets that worked a treat. On our last morning she presented us with a gift from Sun Moon Lake, a little keyring…they were just lovely!! They also organised e-bikes to be delivered to us so we didn’t have to try and find ourselves! I would stay here again….just loved it!! The little bungalows are spacious & comfortable, they have everything you need!
Negative: It was a fair walk into town but in saying that on the first night the boss drove us in & organised a pick up time to get us home safely! E-bike the next day were great for getting in & out of town!
Summary: Great stay!! Would love to stay here again! Friendly & ever so helpful!!

Positive: Our hosts were wonderful - the nicest people we met in Taiwan. Very helpful, generous, and accommodating. The property is just far enough from Ita Thao to offer a sense of seclusion and nature. Thank you!

Positive: Very friendly hosts, so cute. The dogs as well. Rooms are nice and Clean .. Out of the city, in nature - very nice.

Positive: Very cute clean secluded private rooms. Comes with everything else you might need like water, a/c, fan, tv, and electricity. People managing the place were very nice and they provided a delicious breakfast.
Negative: Not much of a negative for me but some people might not like it. It’s a little bit further than expected, with a little bit of uphill, from the main business and restaurants in Ita Shou.
Summary: Very enjoyable secluded rooms that takes you away from the city and more into nature

Positive: The owner team give exceptional help to their customers, take extra steps to accommodate our request. For example, we need to catch the bus at 0800 going to Alishan, but need to catch bus to be there at 0800, the owner team offered to drive us to the main bus to be on time to catch the 0800 bus. This is a great help to us.
Negative: There is nothing bad about this place. We will definitely go back to this place.
