Positive: Loved the house, location. We had plenty of room. Loved being in a gated community. Loved the walk to the beach

Negative: Ice machine didn't work. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked. Lights were out on steps going down stairs. Front porch rails need work

Positive: very pretty view n location

Negative: there was some confusion with Booking.com and Vacasa. We were not advised that we needed to go by the office and get a gate access key . It took a while to get someone on the phone to figure everything out which made us late getting to our rented property since we had to turn around and drive back. There was no e mail notification that the property was cleared and ready .

Summary: other than the beginning issues it was a very relaxing trip.

Positive: Wonderful property- plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked. Excellent views- the beach is across the street. Backyard has a fence and is perfect for bird watching. Pet friendly. The rental staff is attentive and easy to reach. We will definitely return to this spot!
