Positive: The property is fantastic. We were a group of 7 girls and there was so much space! I forgot my adapter and thought I would have to buy one, but I opened a cupboard and found 4! You can walk to the supermarket. Pool is lovely and the bedrooms a great. Tina and António were lovely and greeted us when we arrived quite late at night. Brilliant place to stay with a big family.
Negative: Nothing! I would say that if you are staying longer 4 + nights, a car hire would be preferable. We used bolt to get around and that was very affordable.
Summary: Fantastic stay, so much space and so clean.

Positive: Bambus House is THE most amazing discovery. The facilities are new and clean and very tastefully renovated. Seriously - it’s like a mini personal resort (in a refined manner). The hosts have done an amazing job and make guests feel very much at home. The facilities are amazing. The rooms are large. The bathrooms are excellent. The bed is firm and very comfortable- the linen is beautiful. A generous breakfast of pastries and local specialties may be provided (with home made jams). There are lovely little gifts of local delicacies in the rooms. Could not recommend more highly.
Negative: Nothing - it is all so very fantastic. Seriously- stay longer!!
Summary: The most warm welcoming, hospitable, clean and comfortable stay with wonderfully generous and kind hosts.

Positive: Cannot fault this property in the slightest, infact it is more of a home that a generic rental property. So much thought, detail and care has gone into the house making it a truly welcoming and comfortable stay for families. Plenty of space inside and outside, plenty to do for the kids, nice sized saltwater pool and overall a good location, being not far from the large local supermarket which is handy for self catering accomodation! The owners are friendly, warm and attentive. We have come away having made new friends. Honestly, such a wonderful place to stay and will certainly be returning. We travelled as a big family group so rented both Bambus House Blue (below) and Bambus House Green (above) which was perfect as meant we were all able to be together.
Negative: Having to leave to come back home to the UK!

Positive: What an amazing time we had at Bambus house blue. We loved the salt water pool, we made great use of the pool every day. Also the chill out play area is an excellent addition, providing an area to play games and eat away from the sun. There is also an out door shower. Our group consisted of 10 people and the villa was a good size for us all. I’d defo recommend. Antonio the owner answered all my questions promptly prior to arrival and during our stay, he was excellent at giving advise on things to do in the local area. nothing was a problem.
Negative: Fans available in every room which I was very happy with but a few from our group would have like the facility to have air con. drying clothes and a few more glasses would have helped too. but this is me just being picky. honestly I could not fault the facility.

Positive: If you travel with kids or with friends - it is your choice for sure! Big, clean, well-equipped villa with very friendly and helpful staff ☺️ Everything was perfect during our stay - clean rooms, fresh towels, everything you could need to cook and relax in the evening when kids are asleep. 🌙🍸🍷 Men loved grill place, swimming pool was real “saver” for kids (ocean was a bit cold). Just 5 minutes drive to city, 7 to the great beach and not more then 3 to the nearest supermarket. Location is really great👌 Next time when we are in Algarve, for sure we will stay here again 🙏
