This is huge open plane space
The lounge had modern seating and a large coffee table as well as a wide screen tv (75 inches) and DVD player with 500 films

Patio down lead out from the lounge to a covered terrace with table and chairs, the ideal place to relax in the evening or sit in the shade during the day
There is a paved area with 8 loundgers and a large umbrella and a kidney shaped pool
The black pool is in the sunshine all day so in the summer months it is lovely and warm (30 Celsius)
A door of the dining area leads to the breakfast kitchen which is full equipped with a hight quality range of pane and ustensiles should guests choose to cook. Large American fridge freezer and separate drinks fridge.
Outside the kitchen is a lovely terrace with an optimal sun shade, perfect for a fresco dining
This terrace also houses a utility area with washing machine, dryer and outside sink
Oppositie the dining terrace is a paved area with seats where a gas and cool BBQ is located
You have the bedroom N2 with 2 single beds and chaise longue and attractive furniture. En-suite shower room and sauna
On the first floor landing there is an additional reading area and a door lleads to the outside sun terrace with table and chairs
There are 2 further large double bedrooms on the first floor both with en-suite shower rooms and modern furnishings
One had direct access to the first floor terrace
The villa is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with open space and shaded area
Parking for 2 cars with remote controlled gates

Summary: This villa is just SUPERB!! Claude and his partner are just a wonderful, charming, warm and caring couple. They provided all the information we asked for prior to our stay, and then welcomed us warmly to their amazing villa. The photos do not do this place justice. It is quirky, jolly, and beautiful. The whole place is immaculate and there is is literally EVERYTHING you would ever need in a villa for all ages. The pool and garden are amazing too. Importantly, the location is perfect. So close to all the amenities, restaurants, beaches, and attractions that the “Golden Triangle” have to offer. We recommend this villa, and the owners, wholeheartedly, and we cannot wait to return.

Summary: Fantastic weeks stay at the Villa that gives you everything and more. Stunning location and near to all the necessary amenities with Vilamoura marina only a 20 minute walk away and Quarteira centre a similar distance. The Villa offers everything you need for your holiday and the interior design is second to none. The host Claude was very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. Summary: We spent a week here, and it was absolutely fabulous. The house is big, and gives everyone a bit of space (there were 6 of us), and equipped with absolutely everything we could need, and many things we didn’t, or would have needed another month or two to get around to…. It’s super-well positioned too, with two very large supermarkets within around 12-14 mins walk. Vilamoura Marina with its numerous restaurants, and some lovely sandy beaches were about 30 mins walk. Don’t get a hire car, just bring a good pair of trainers. And the house is everything that’s in the photos and more. It’s stuffed with art and curios, and is a delight. Not a spec of dust on anything either… There are also hundreds and hundreds of DVDs too, although we never got around to even switching any of the big TVs on! Any complaints? The big round bed takes some getting used to, as the bedside table isn’t anywhere close to where you sleep. So you can’t reach your bedtime tipple, or your morning coffee with any ease. First world problems!! Stay here. It’s just great.

Summary: Claude and Marie have an exquisite villa in a beautiful location in Vilamoura. The pictures in the listing truly represent the magnificence of the villa. The tropical garden is just beautiful and the black pool fits the scene perfectly. The surrounding neighbourhood is a very nice residential area, very peaceful. The whole family loved it. It was nice that there were essentials in the kitchen with water wine and beer too. A truly wonderful holiday.

Summary: Lovely villa in a quiet and peaceful location. Fantastic garden and pool area - highly recommended. Approximately a 30 minute walk to the marina with many bars and restaurants.

Summary: The property is spacious, wonderfully clean and is very well equipped. The fact that the kitchen is extremely well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired has already been written about many times. There are also plenty of shopping facilities nearby (there are others a little further away). If you don't like to cook, there are many possibilities to eat out, be it in Vilamoura in the harbour or in the golf clubs. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioners work quietly and efficiently. The garden is beautiful. It offers shady spots (too) at any time of the day. If you have a problem, Claude and Maria are there immediately, even on Sunday. We stayed for three weeks and liked the fact that the house and garden are cleaned and maintained every week, including new bed linen and towels.

Summary: We had a lovely time staying in this Villa there were 7 people and we all had plenty of room We needed a later checkout that Claude sorted for us without hesitation he was at the end of the phone for any enquiries we had however to be fair because everything was so good we didn’t need to contact him. We’ll certainly be looking at going back again and would definitely recommend this Villa for families to going with friends the location is just perfect Uber rides everywhere and very good prices or walking distance to the marina beaches and supermarket’s
