Positive: Honestly Bananas is an oasis, a magical slice of heaven on earth. Love the lush gardens, the quiet and enchanting setting and waking up to a view of the pool and enjoying the chirping of birds and the resident parrot, Louise.

Positive: Everything was Perfect. It is a small property, beautiful plants, landscaping shows their commitment to excellence. We were in and out of the pool several times each day. Perfect combination of privacy and amenities. Very relaxed atmosphere within walking distance to the best beaches. We’ll be returning again and again! Bananas Apartments will not disappoint. Thanks to our hosts.

Positive: The apartments are large and well equipped the owners live on site and are very friendly and helpful it's a short walk to the nearest beach (15 mins) there are 3 restaurants close by but are quite expensive. The outside area at the apartments is lovely with a brilliant pool lots of beds and chairs with shade if you need it, they have free towels to use around the pool or to take to the beach, the apartments are cleaned daily to a high standard.
Negative: You could do with a car to get around to the local supermarkets and other restaurants (We didn't have one which was our choice) but it would make life easier, there is a bus service at the end of the road which is good and you can get around the island with a flat fare of 4.5 AWG for each individual trip. My only reason for not giving a rating of 10 is there is no hot water supply to the bathroom or kitchen taps for some reason the shower is electric and very good.
