Positive: Good value for the money. Descent place to stay a night or two before catching a ferry to Malaysia or one of the islands. Walking distance to the night market. Excellent coffee shop & restaurant next door.

Negative: This is no a negative but just want to point out that this is basically a self serve hotel. Only saw staff on check in and check out.
