Positive: The welcome items such as the biscuits wine and milk also the views, the passing steam train and the peace and tranquil location

Positive: Lovely cottage surrounded by nice views. Extremely comfortable beds and very quiet considering next to a road. We were staying to attend a family party but being originally from Newcastle I know this cottage is perfectly located for seeing all the sights and loveliness of the North East. If shopping is your thing the Metro Centre is 10 minutes away. A large supermarket is also 5 minutes from the cottage along with copious amounts of restaurants and takeaways. We will definitely stay again!

Positive: The cottage was really great. Lovely decor, good location. Easy access to Newc and easy access to family nearby. It was right next to a main road but we didn't hear any traffic. It had a really comfortable layout and the 2 large sofa's in the lounge room were great. Plenty to watch on TV.
Negative: I seemed to have been given one code on one email and then another on a different email. So it was a bit of a pain. But I realised after about 10mins. I tried to call the owner but no reply. I had to go around turning on and fiddling with the central heating so that was a bit annoying.
Summary: I would certainly stay here again if I had to.
