Positive: 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen, beach towels, washing machine and dryer, hard floor. Large fridge but not connected to the water so no ice maker
Negative: Very noisy at night: neighbor's air conditionning device working all night long, people walking between 2 am and 4 am on the floor above, workers starting very early on the construction field just in front of one of our sleeping rooms. "Sea view" means view on a construction site and on the main road. No garden view, no mountain view although mentioned in the room description. No vegetation on the site, only buildings. One of the sleeping rooms has no windows at all. Very dark. On booking.com, only nice rooms with large windows. Not compliant with the real appartment.

Positive: I hope they can be more accommodating in the future. Tried to get to the place ealier. They did seem quite concerned with helping us out with that at all. I understand you're a great islsnd to visit. But, if you expect tourism to keep you around, this is a hard way to stay around. I hope you are just too busy for this to matter.
Negative: They gave us the wrong wifi. There's no reception without it.

Positive: Everything was clean and updated. The apartment had a full kitchen, washer dryer, and separate bedroom. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and the ocean. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The staff even helped me find a booking for a ride to the airport after I had neglected to do this early. It was incredibly helpful.
Negative: The outer appearance of the facilities were quite dated but all the facilities worked well and it didn't affect the function of anything. The insides of the rooms were all updated and modern. Don't let the outside fool you, it was a great place to stay.
