Summary: Banyan Tree Macau was a pleasant stay. The room was very large and spacious. The plunge pool in the room was a nice feature, however the water was cold and there was a slight overpowering chlorine smell in the room. Also buffet breakfast was very average

Summary: Luxury hotel that matches the price. The pool area was better than expected. The water slides was the best I have ever tried. Lots of shopping there, only draw back is the newly rich Chinese males which are not the most clean guys.

Summary: the hotel room is very spacious, breakfast with variety of choices. Very decent night to stay with family. If the indoor pool with water temperature adjustment will be even better.

Summary: Amazing stay at Banyon tree. Could not fault this hotel. All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet. Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower,smart toilet & cedar tub. Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner. The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good. Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: This is my second time stay At the banyan tree macau. Still good service and nice room. Value for money. I will definitely come back next time.

Summary: Overall I enjoyed the room and the service of the hotel for this time. The only thing was the leakage of the waterpipe in the shower room which made my little baby a bit scare.

Summary: It was a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff of the hotel were all intimate and attentive to my need. Thank you Rebecca of the reception counter to book the restaurant to celebrate my birthday.
