Positive: The hotel was in an area easily accessible to many of eateries, sights and shopping in new Macao. This made it enjoyable for guests at St Regis The air quality in entire facility was good. Our rooms were cleaned and neatly arranged. Housekeeping worked hard to make certain we had comfort. The hotel staff from at front desk reception led by a manager Ms Nancy Ho were very connected, focused and out to ensure they delivered the quality. Special thanks too to Neil Chan, Gigi Lai, Winnie Yip and Ryan Martin from food and beverage room service It was a wonderful experience
