Summary: I booked a basic room for an 8 day stay and found out that the bathroom was terrible. The toilet leaked water and when I complained they told me I could change rooms but basically the bathroom was going to be the same. They offer that I could upgrade to the premium room which was more expensive and this one had a more spacious and remodeled bathroom. I understand there are premium rooms that the hotel was rated 5 stars and I was expecting the basic necessities to be better than average.
