Positive: We had a lovely stay here, the room was a great size with huge bed and a sofa. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. There were great gluten free options - rolls and pastries in packaging plus omelettes and fruit that is naturally gluten free. There was also every type of milk you could want and lactose free yoghurts. Location is good, a few mins walk from city of arts and sciences and the park and easy bus to city centre. We liked the rooftop area but the pool was a bit silly very small.
Negative: Pool is very small and cannot swim in it - shallow and feels cramped with more than 2 couples. Some kids came on the last day and it was not suitable for them. The rooftop was a bit cramped for sunbeds and could do with umbrellas as the sun is strong up there. Cleaning of the sinks throughout stay could have been better but not a big complaint as they had to clean around all of our stuff.
Summary: Lovely hotel with amazing breakfast.

Positive: Vey good hotel and an excellent location - just near to the new-futuristic Les Arts, Hemisferic and Aqua park Valencia. Perfect bus line 19 just in front of the hotel. We used it to go to center of the city, but also to the beach. Amazing view from the top of the hotel, with a pool. Everything was perfect: the room, the staff, the breakfast. The cleaning ladies were so quick than we always found the room cleaned while we took the breakfast :). Towels changed every day, as well as the room-service. The breakfast was reach, very good, for everybody: eggs (omelette prepared on site, scrambled), vegetables, fruits, sweets,... and so on, and so on, for everybody.
Negative: nothing, all was perfect.

Positive: The hotel is relatively new so there was water in reception. Reception staff spoke English and taxi's were usually outside the property ready to go. Room was a good size. Bed in particular was good. Electric shutters was good. Double sink and toilet had all the amenities you normally get. Lighting was good. Breakfast was good but for 15 euros I would have just liked this to be included as standard for booking the room.
Negative: Lift was quite slow. The room had an open plan bathroom which is not ideal. Why do you want to hear someone in the bathroom. If a light goes on it floods into the bedroom. Could have done with a bin in the room and not just the bathroom. Location requires a taxi (relatively affordable) to get around in the blistering heat.
