Summary: Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially the gentlemen at the front desk. Very professional. Modern decor and stylish bathrooms. Family room--amazing view the park. The size of bathroom is immense! About the same size and living area! Waterfall shower was amazing! Breakfast worth purchasing for first morning. Must have a nightcap at the rooftop bar one night. Bus stops and taxi stand in front of hotel. Nice neighborhood by the park. A slower and less crowded neighborhood compared to the city center.

Summary: Really nice hotel good transport links stayed for a. Concert and was ideally located didn't have breakfast their so not sure what that was like but had food on the evening at the reseriant and was very good.

Summary: Centrally located in the Jardín del Turia (south side). Several local buses nearby to take you into downtown and the beach. The view from rooftop bar is Amazing, facing the Ciutat de les Arts /Ciencias. And the breakfast buffet is endless... so delicious!

Summary: One gentleman was friendly at the desk along with the chamber maid. The other ladies at the front desk were unfriendly. The clothes steamer was not functional and the one we were offered as a replacement also broken. We were impressed by the tidyness and space in the room. Nice location with many restaurants and views of the modern Arts and Science District.

Summary: We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue up with the hotel they just said it’s on our website…. ( I didn’t see this and despite the fact they sent numerous emails in advance offering paid upgrades, requesting advance information etc they never mentioned it….. very poor )
