Natural light spills through the skylight into a space with lots of counter room for prep, a large refrigerator, a coffee nook and plenty of area to move from one task to another. You'll be itching to put together a bountiful spread and won't have to miss out on visiting with friends or family.
The open floor plan draws you from the kitchen into the lovely dining area that features a long table that could cozily handle seating for ten. Beyond the dining area, the room opens up even further into a spacious living area with beautiful dark wood floors situated around a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace. Tons of light filters in through large, west-facing windows highlighting views across neighboring rooftops to the ocean beyond. Just outside the door, there's a covered outdoor shower with plenty of hooks for wetsuits, as well as a large utility sink and a grill. Back inside the laundry area, you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer, plenty more hooks for wet beach towels or rain jackets, counter space for folding clean clothes and room to drop your sandy beach shoes. Just off of the laundry room is another full-sized bathroom perfect for rinsing away the rest of the sand and spruce needles.
Off of the laundry area, you'll discover the rest of the home's bedrooms. To the right, a door leads to the extremely spacious primary suite which not only has its own en suite half-bath, but also holds a kitchenette with a small sink, coffee station and under-counter refrigerator. Perfect for those who prefer a little extra time to themselves in the morning, this bedroom would be wonderful for your favorite early-riser bookworm who wants nothing more than to make a quick cup of coffee and snuggle back into the king-sized bed with a great novel for a while longer.
A separate entrance from the left side of the laundry area leads to a small sitting area with a futon, cozy chair and television, the perfect spot for a small group of kiddos to create their own memories. Just through this sitting area, you'll find a small room outfitted with two bunk beds where four kids (of any age) can chat and tell stories deep into the night without keeping the rest of the house awake.
