Summary: We hosted 20 guys for a golf weekend during March Madness and loved all the sport options. Everyone had their own bed and the setup was great for a big group.

Summary: This place feels really new. It’s everything you see in the pictures and more. Our family of 13 and two small dogs had a great time. The sports shed is full of all the gear you need to enjoy everything on the property. We had a blast playing kickball on the wiffleball field. The full size blackstone is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t see any cocktail mixing materials for the bar but we made do. Washer and dryer worked really well and the 2 extra refrigerator/freezer combo was much needed. The property isn’t very private. There are houses around it but not really close at all and it’s a very safe neighborhood. I enjoyed petting the donkeys in the field next door. The theater room is amazing. The 100” screen is so clear and easy to see even from the back of the room in the 30 comfy theater seats The hosts were very kind and proactive about making sure everything wes ok. We will be back!

Summary: We had a family of 15 for Christmas, it was a great open space. It easily accommodated all of us and we all slept comfortably. We had a blast in the game room and theater. Also the neighbor was very kind to give us baking soda on Christmas Day to save the cookies we made!! Overall 10/10 experience!
