Summary: This property was fantastic!! Very clean and organized. We were greeted with a tray of cookies and a bottle of wine sitting on the counter. The decor was very nice and it was like being home away from home. Phyllis (property manager) was very nice and hospitable. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Summary: Phyllis is a wonderful host. She has everything you need for your stay in case you forget anything. We stayed for a long weekend with friends and family. We brought a pontoon boat and this location is just a couple minutes away from Eddy Creek Marina and about 12 minutes away from Prizer Pointe Marina. I highly recommend this location.

Summary: We were looking for a vacation rental that was quiet, private, and large enough to house our entire family. This house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! We had so much fun just being able to relax and hang out in the backyard and on the balcony. My children absolutely loved the Barn Unit and got a huge kick out of the outside shower! Phyllis was an amazing host and made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you again, we will definitely be back!
