Negative: Could use. Shade over block window. While frosted, lets in morning light alittle early in summer.

Positive: It's a small, inexpensive motel. It looks like one. The decor is that of a small, inexpensive motel. The amenities are those of a small, inexpensive motel. The location is where it is. You get exactly what you pay for. It met my expectations and I recommend it.
Negative: If I had paid for 3 star+ accommodations, I would have complaints. But I didn't.

Positive: Location Also nice that some rooms have a mini fridge and microwave Towels were large and thick, not thin and thread bear
Negative: Rooms are in need of a remodel. I’ve been coming to this hotel since the 80s as I have family in town, rooms have not changed much.
Summary: Not a luxury hotel but for an overnight this hotel does the job. Can’t beat the price.

Positive: Wonderful “Mom & Pop shop” type of motel! Room was very large, very clean, and comfortable. The quietest room I’ve ever stayed in! We were on the ground floor and door directly to parking lot, but no noise from above, next door, or outside! Coffee available at the gas station next door where you check in and out.
Summary: Would definitely stay here again!!

Negative: The bed we had was terrrible. It needs to be replace, as it sags as if an elephant had been sleeping in it.
Summary: We were happy to stay at the hotel as it was close to the funeral service we attended.
