Positive: Buildings and the history were lovely. It was quiet and the gift basket was appreciated.

Negative: It was a little further away from the wineries than we thought. The wifi didn’t work and the windows didn’t open.

Positive: Lovely cosy setting. Cute little cottage. Beautiful gardens with native birds. Great shower over clawfoot bath. Washing machine and dryer are a bonus.

Negative: Would have been nice to have a BBQ, hob or mini oven as cooking in cottage is limited, particularly when local pub and cafes are closed.

Summary: Not blaming the cottage but a travel tip would be that Mon-Wed is disappointing in the Barossa as most things are closed

Positive: Geat location. Shower was awesome. The beds super.comfortable. Eletric overlay blankets provided. Close to the wineries and small pubs.

Negative: No soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers. The wifi didnt work and the TV aerial wasnt good. It was cold and raining but not permitted to light the fire. The aircon was blowing cold air after awhile in the main room and one nedroom.

Positive: Very cute, quaint cottage,it had everything we needed. Gorgeous garden, felt like we were in the English countryside ( albeit with gum trees and windmill). Easy communication with host

Negative: Very compact, little room if we wanted to sit and relax. Stairs down to toilet during the night were a little daunting Local hotel and the general store were uninviting, nothing else in this little town
