Summary: Such a great concept to have short stay apartments available for travelers of all kinds. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plenty of towels, linens, and kitchenware. The manager was great with communicating via text and email before and during our stay. We took advantage of the underground parking garage, a definite plus with Wisconsin weather in every season! The only possible negative would be the window treatments. The apartment is on the ground floor and faces the parking lot. For safety at night it's a plus, however if you prefer darkness while sleeping, the blinds don't block out the plentiful lights. Being brand new, maybe they're still in the process of considering additional curtains/drapes for the bedrooms. The entire building is new, clean and cute!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and it’s an easy drive to area attractions. The space felt very clean and check-in was super easy. Our Barsala representative communicated well throughout our stay and was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Summary: This was a beautiful new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment ( it felt like we were the first people who had stayed here, everything was so new and clean!). It was easy and quick to contact our host who met us outside the apartment to give us our key fob for entry. He was very nice and explained how we would access the property and was available for any questions. The apartment had everything we needed to a wonderful stay. Towels, shampoo, soap, paper towels, coffee, and detergent for clothes washing were all included. There was some information recommending restaurants and there were a lot of great restaurants in the area (less than a mile away). The apartment was very quiet and the beds were reasonably comfortable. There was ample space to hang up clothes but no drawer storage space, so our folded clothes had to stay in the suitcase. The apartment was very modern and clean. If anything it was a bit empty feeling with very little decoration; I happen to like this when renting a house/apt it just looks more clean and I don't like moving around someone's stuff to use counterspace. However, if you are looking for a lot of personality in your rental you won't get it here. What you will get is a very clean and modern space that feels brand new! We loved the smart TV which allowed us to log into our Netflix and Disney Plus accounts with no issue. Really enjoyed staying here a lot. We were hear for a gaming conference and the Alliant Energy Center was an easy 15 min drive away. Really no complaints and would highly recommend, especially for the great price. This was much cheaper than a hotel room and much, much nicer.
