Positive: We had an amazing stay at Barut Hemera! The food was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location is perfect — you can enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront promenade right from the hotel. We stayed as a big group with kids, and the hotel turned out to be an ideal place for a family gathering. There’s everything you need for a great family holiday — beautiful pools, kids' activities, and well-thought-out infrastructure that makes traveling with children easy and enjoyable. A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kind and professional help when we forgot some of our daughter’s toys in the room. We are especially grateful to Ümmü from the front office management team for the care and support in helping us get them back. It meant a lot to us and to our little one! Highly recommend Barut Hemera for anyone traveling with family — we would love to come back again!

Positive: Everybody was very friendly. we had great food and very good cocktails. Compared to other hotels in the area hotel has a lot of green areas with trees.
Negative: Sea was bad, always windy and with waves. There were many stones in the shallow parts and the floating plastic dock was horrible. A 5 star hotel in this price range should provide a better facility.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay, but I will check other hotels next time

Positive: Great hotel, a lot of food options and we did not get tired of them in a week. You can only book one a-la carte restaurant for 1 week of stay, but main buffet restaurant is so good we didn’t feel like we missed anything. The hotel is located on the sea side with a 40-50 min walk to Side, which was a nice activity to do. Side is interesting to visit at least once to see ancient ruins. Hotel is perfect for families, not too much partying. (But we were there end of April, maybe it’s different in the high season)

Positive: Beautiful lobby and vicinity, good size room, fabulous restaurants & bars and staffs were friendly and helpful.
Negative: Spas were too expensive compared to those VIP Spas that are sold outside, staffs in the Spa seems free most times. The prices should be attractive enough for the guests.

Positive: We stayed at the hotel in January, and I can sum it up in one word—excellent! Everything was fast, accurate and polite from the reception desk to the staff of restaurant. First of all, I would like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Vural at Guest Relations. He was so much attentive to details and was always ready to help with all our questions. It was important for us because we traveled with a kid (2years old). It was great to see, how high level of professionalism in the hotel. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team especially Ms Sedez and to Mr. Memet for organizing two amazing birthday celebrations! Also, thanks to Yunus for the beautiful cocktails at the lobby bar. The food was outstanding( a giant variety of everything from breakfast time to dinner) and sure, the pastries, which were paired with excellent coffee and cakes. The rooms and the entire hotel grounds were perfect and clearly designed with great attention to detail and love( a green territory with lots of rare trees and fantastic eco decorations) I’m giving a 10/10 rating for all services and the hotel’s design!
