The Valley complex is a complex with only 19 x Detached Villas each villa being split into two Apartments.
The apartment faces directly onto the large pool with access from the patio / balcony to the pool area, ideal for relaxing while watching the kids. It has direct sunlight until late afternoon, where you are then able to relax in the shade.
The home has been furnished to an exceptional high standard with numerous extra such as a dish washer, microwave, etc.
On first class complex there is a 580sq mtr pool (fully heated and enclosed out of season), Children's pool, fitness centre. The INDOOR swimmingpool is HEATED (32 C) when the outdoor swimming pool gets to cold;
Town centre / harbor are an easy 20 minutes walk and restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within 5 minutes walk.
The exceptional Saturday Market (a must to visit) is only 15 minutes walk way – you truly do not need transport whilst you stay here.

Summary: Very nice wether so ideal for a nice relaxing holiday. The pool is just in front of the terras of the apartment. Also the apartment was big enough for all of us. 2 nice bedrooms with airconditioning and 2 seperate bathrooms. Not far from the accomodation, you have several restaurants. Nothing better then walkin in the morning to the bakery for some fresh and warm bread. Also a trip to old Side, you must do. Nice to do some shopping and lots of restaurants. Everything is made fresh. I thinking about going again next year or the year after that. Nice and still brandnew accomodation.

Summary: Turkey is such a beautiful country. You have everything there: sun, beach, shopping malls, markets, historical remains, ... On top of it we stayed in this fantastic apartment in Side. The owners are very kind and helpful. When you have a problem finding airplane tickets they even help you. The garden with the huge swimming pool is amazing and very good maintained. The apartment itself is modern and good equipped. You'll find everything you need there. I would say to everyone, go and have a look!

Summary: What a fantastic holiday we have experienced in The Valley Side! It is a very nice complex where you can relax completely. The apartment offers every possible comfort. Besides, you're a 10 minute walk from the center where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. The beach is a 5 min drive (free shuttle). We've been their two times, and intend to go again in 2016!

Summary: The apartment is located in a peaceful area of Side. The complex of apartments are just two stories in height so the population density is quite low. This means the shared swimming pool is always free and the place is nice and quiet. There is security/caretaker staff available but they didn't speak English. German is more widely understood than English which few people speak in this area. You can have groceries delivered from the local store provided the order is for a minimum of 20 Lira. The alternative is to walk to the store which is approx. 12 minutes away. There was a free local bus service into Side which departed at 10.00 and 11.00 and the last return from Side was at 18.00. We found the timetable rather limiting so used the taxi service instead. The drive itself to Side beach is only approx. 10 minutes. It wasn't practical for us to walk to the beach as the route includes unsurfaced roads, steep inclines and the temperature can reach 40C by mid-afternoon (August). If you want to explore the area then I would recommend you hire an electric scooter if you don't have any children with you. Another travel option which we used was to get the Shanty restaurant to collect us from the apartment. They will send a taxi to you and bring you back. We only used this service once as our preference was to walk around and select a restaurant when we get there. The people are really friendly and helpful. We would recommend the West beach which has beautiful sand and a shallow sea and there are no strong currents so its safe for children.

Summary: The apartment is fantastic place to stay, the kids loved the pool. Side is a warm and friendly place and we would definatly recommend the apartment to anyone. We will also be returning in the future!

Summary: We were really pleased with the size, cleanliness and style of the apartment. Not only was it modern and comfortable but it was all finished to a really high standard so it wasn't just superficially nice, the fixtures and fittings were all good quality. We went in April so it wasn't too hot outside, but the apartment didn't hear up too much and the air conditioning worked treacly well so it would be cool in summer (and they are great heaters too when it gets cold in the evening when you gin out if season like we did) The pool was lovely, however as we went in April it was too cold to use the outside pool, but the indoor heated pool was amazing and we used it every day. It was actually heated to about 30 degrees (many other places we have been to in the past have said they had heated pools but they were still cold so we couldn't use then) this one was lovely and warm for playing in, which was great for the kids. The apartment is on the outskirts of Side, but it is a small town and you can walk to the beach or town centre area in about 20 minutes, or drive in 5. We drove to the promenade (where you can park for free) and then walked along the beach promenade into town, or to the ruins or just stopped at the beach most days - which was lovely. There are plenty of small supermarkets a 5 minute walk away or slightly larger ones a 5 minute drive away, and the apartments kitchen area is equipped well enough to self cater if you want. We did a mixture of eating in and out, as the restaurants in town were very reasonable, but the menus were all a little samey. All in all we had a lovely time, the apartment was perfect and if we go back to Side we would definitely consider staying again, especially as it is one of the few places in all of Turkey with a genuinely heated pool (and we are wimps and don't like cold pools!!!)

Summary: I stayed here with my wife and son. Everyone had a lovely time. The new apartment and facilities were excellent. It is the best place to relax on the balcony or by the great pool in beautiful gardens. All rooms were air conditioned but even in August when we kept the windows closed we didn’t put them often on. Nice and peaceful location for a relaxed holiday. The free shuttle to the beach is easy to work with and the nearest restaurants and shops are on 300 meters walk. We are certainly coming back!

Summary: We have had a very nice holidays in this apartment. It's a beautiful apartment, with nice modern furniture and all the comfort you need to have a luxurious vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, satellite-tv etc…). From the terrace you have a very nice view over the beautiful garden and the outdoor swimming pool. In the site, there's also a small, but good furnished fitness with professional equipment, to keep your body in a good shape. During our stay in Side, we have made several excursions. On the Turkish Riviera (between Antalya and Alanya), there are a lot of nice Roman sites like Aspendos, Perge and antique Side. My conclusion of this vacation: we had a nice stay in The Valley, and we will come back next year in this nice apartment.
