Positive: Great location, nature around. There were mostly no people in near houses so it was very quite. Beautiful view from the house windows! Great warm thub outside, it was so great when it was +7 outside.

Negative: The house is a bit poorly maintained inside, and the floors are somewhat dirty. On the second floor, at the very beginning of April, when the first warm weather came and it was +17°C outside, it became unbearably stuffy because the ceiling heats up a lot. However, airing the room in the evening is not that easy, because the bed is positioned so that the wall-sized windows open strictly towards your head, while outside in the evening it is already around +7°C with very strong wind.
