Summary: Staff was absolutely great, so helpful and nice. Rooms were clean. Only thing we wish was that there was a mini fridge. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: The hotel is very nice, modern, minimal aesthetic. Quiet area, right by a station which is a 10 - 15 minute train to Centraal. Staff are friendly, 24/7 pizza available. I ordered and they forgot but after reminding them they apologised profusely, cooked it quickly and delivered and said it would be free of charge because of the mess up which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if I ever find myself planning a trip to Amsterdam and would also recommend to friends

Summary: Well decorated hotel and not too far a journey into town However there were some things that made this hotel not live up to a 4 or 5 star rating. The cleaning staff did not make up our room despite us leaving the green light on and being out all morning and afternoon. This meant no coffee etc the second day. There was no fridge, no plates in the room and even no bin, just a tiny one in the bathroom which was not enough especially considering no cleaning was done. The grass around the hotel is also filthy with litter and the restaurant was closed for two day, closing over a popular holiday period is quite strange. Lastly the staff member working in the evening was not very professional, she only took half our order so we didn’t get to order drinks- she had walked off and was not very attentive for a hotel that prides itself on service.

Summary: First the good. The hotel is very clean, very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. Served by good transport: bus, metro, train and light train. 30 minutes to centraal station by metro. Now the not so good (for us). The location is not so good. A bit remote and no amenities or attractions in the area.
