Located near the Burlington VT airport, our new condo has a fully furnished basement with a queen bed, office space, closet, private bath, movie theatre and gym. Coffee/tea bar on site. Lots of places to explore nearby like hikes, ski resorts, golf course, coffee shops, lake and many more.
Guests please note that we don’t provide a kitchen. We only provide toaster, mini fridge, Keurig machine and kettle. We also don’t allow pets and babies at this time. This is to ensure safety of everyone as our basement is not pet and baby friendly. Owner lives upstairs. We strive to ensure we provide a quiet and peaceful stay.
Please note that the entrance not private, it is shared.

Summary: Finished basement space in a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. Hosts are a delightful young family. Had complete use of finished lower level TV/theatre area, and weight room.

Summary: Overall we were very pleased with the property. Although I would suggest having sugar and nondairy creamer on hand for coffee. Otherwise everything went well. The theater setup is awesome for shows if you have time.

Summary: We landed at the airport at 10 pm and were so thankful to have a short drive to the location. When we arrived, we found the space lovely, clean, and inviting. The theater seats were amazing, the bar area was well stocked with drinks and snacks including orchard apples!! The bed was comfy and there was fresh half and half in the mini-fridge for our coffee. A+ to our host who knows how to practice hospitality and make this such a wonderful stay. Our only thought is to post the wifi information out in the main room or with the welcome email because our tired brains took awhile to see it in the bedroom. :) Thanks for a great stay!!

Summary: The stay, accommodations and area provided where very nice. This is a live in stay, but host and family was extremely welcoming and over all wonderful people. Great stay out side the City of Burlington.

Summary: We used Apple Maps to take us there. It kept trying to get us to stop at house number 186 and not 286. So be cognizant of this. We didn’t understand what a place marker was, so getting the key was a bit confusing for us (maybe it was just us). We did message the host and they were very quick to respond. After we got in, the place was super clean, quiet and overall a very nice place to stay! I would, however, suggest a keurig coffee maker with coffee pods and at least powdered creamer. (We left early, and it might have been nice to have coffee before going to the airport. Not a lot open at 4am) Also I was a bit confused on checkout rules: ie: stripping the bed, towels, where to put the key etc. I would, however recommend this place as it was super nice, clean and quiet and only 15 minutes to the airport. Thank you for hosting us. We have stayed VRBO all over the country and this stay was our top 8. Thanks again!
