As soon as you enter you will feel right at home, in this serene and peaceful neighborhood. If you enjoy a quiet place to stay this is for you . There is a semi private entrance going down into this spacious, bright and sunny basement. On the hot summer days stay cool with air conditioning. Keep your car warm in the winter in my heated garage or there is plenty of street parking.

I am close to the Sturgeon Hospital, within walking distance to the farmers market and the outdoor swimming pool. There are many beautiful walking trails including Lions Park, minutes to down town shopping and grocery stores and close to the Enjoy Centre. I I am minutes away from the Anthony Henday and I am right off of Sir Winston Churchill and 20 minutes from West Edmonton mall!

Summary: I really enjoyed my time at this property. The area was quiet, as advertised, with lots of places to go walking, including a local park. Local outdoor pool was nearby, for a very reasonable daily rate. Close to Main Street. The basement space was well maintained, and yes, the bed was very comfy! The kitchen was laid out exactly as in the pictures...but I didn't notice that there was no sink. This was not a problem, as bathroom sink was more than adequate for what I needed. My host, Marlene, was just lovely. She was very aware of giving me my privacy, which was appreciated! She was able to provide me with information of the area, and showed me around the local Farmer's market! She was also easily able to provide a couple of additional items that I needed in the unit. Loved that there were coffee pods waiting for me! I would 100% stay here again, without hesitation. Thank you for everything!
