Positive: Excellent location Hosts helpful and responsive Lovely little balcony with great view of Orakei 20 minutes walk to shops, restaurants and train to Auckland city centre (5 minutes on train) Everything you need to have a great stay
Negative: Not a complaint but just be warned that the walk down and back up to and from Orakei is a steady climb. Not a problem for us!

Positive: Absolutely stunning views, extremely comfortable and clean, It was a pleasure to watch the Native birds (Tui, Eastern rosella & Kingfisher) from the balcony. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We will definitely return.

Positive: Love the views and the quietness of the neighborhood. You can hear the crickets, the birds, it was very relaxing. The owners and the people in general were all very friendly. People were very helpful. There are two small towns nearby that are in walking distance. You can use Uber very reasonably priced. You can use Uber eats and they'll bring you food if you don't feel like cooking. The place was set up with all your amenities and utensils. You really feel like you're at home when you're staying there. All I can say is thank you very much and well appreciated the stay. I would do it again but for a longer stay.
Negative: It's not that I didn't like anything, everything was perfect. I had a little hard time getting up and down the driveway because I am out of shape. I wasn't expecting that, so now thanks to that, I'm going to do more hiking and exercise to get back into shape. My friend had no problem going up and down. I think we both appreciated it and it gave us more incentive.

Positive: The condiments that are available such as hot drinks, milk, kitchen wraps, sandwich bags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Luxurious towels and bedding and everything you need to be self sufficient while away. Extremely clean and tidy/immaculate.

Positive: Good location with a nice view. Accommodation had all the facilities you could want, even down to coffee for the coffee maker and plenty of choice of teas. The hosts Geoff and Marie have done a great job in supplying nice accommodation which was spotless.
