Positive: Property was clean, great layout for families. There were 2 couples and 3 singles when we stayed and the floorplan worked great. Garage parking is good as we had a hire car. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance so we did not need to use the car. There is a lift in the property so very helpful for suitcases or anyone who requires as the property has a basement, and then a ground floor and first floor. The first floor is where all the bedrooms were. Service was great, early checkin and late check out were allowed and staff were super helpful.
Negative: We knew going in that there were road works and the property was near the highway. We had done our research but it wasn't made clear on booking.com. We had to find the information on the booking website of the host. They did some night works when we were there but it was not too noisy. Something that was out of the hosts control was that the next door neighbours parked their cars in a way that made it very difficult for us to access the garage, a small inconvenience.
Summary: Fantastic house for families, clean and modern & great location.

Negative: Keys and check in were difficult- there could be a lockbox at the property to make this easier. Hosts could have provided more toilet paper and other general items especially as we stayed for 4 nights.
