Summary: The hotel and staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Hotels.com made two reservations for us when I only needed one. When i called Hotels.com they did not help and I was charged twice. I worked with the staff at the front desk and they were able to sell the extra room and refunded me. Hotel pool was very nice.

Summary: We had a double with a wonderful terrace. The pool looked great, although we didn’t swim. The hotel’s location is perfect, in the middle of Lucerne’s old town. Rooms were very quiet.
